Midfield Services Ltd is a temporary employment agency specialising in the construction industry. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing and supplying temporary construction workers to clients.
  • Matching candidates with suitable temporary and contract roles.
  • Managing payroll and employment administration for temporary workers.

3. Eligibility

To register as a candidate with Midfield Services Ltd, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Hold any certifications required for the specific role (e.g., a valid CSCS card).
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration and vetting process.

4. Candidate Obligations

As a candidate placed through our agency, you agree to:

  • Attend the assigned workplace on time and for the agreed duration.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations and site rules.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Notify us immediately of any issues, injuries, or concerns that arise during a placement.
  • Not accept permanent employment with a client directly without prior agreement from the Company, where applicable.

5. Client Obligations

Clients using our staffing services agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment in compliance with all applicable health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the roles, duties, and requirements for each placement.
  • Pay all invoices in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
  • Not engage our temporary workers on a permanent basis without prior written agreement and payment of the applicable transfer fee.

6. Fees and Payment

Our fees are agreed on a per-placement or contract basis and will be communicated to clients in writing prior to any placement. All invoices are payable within the agreed terms. Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee the suitability, performance, or conduct of any temporary worker placed with a client.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • Our total liability in connection with any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific placement in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Midfield Services Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
